I am having the same issue as the person above, where at the cargo page one of my items is translated as “contraband” and “abnormal storage”. There is a button that translates to “handling exceptions” but I do not know what to do. Is there a way for me to get my items or money back? I do not understand how they are contraband; it must be a mistake. Thank you!
