I am abit confused by the forwarder agent aspect. Am i right to say that either we can select and proceed with the shipping by default using Taobao without any forwarder agent?

Then, what about other third party sites like oops / tabo2sg having their own forwarder agent to help to purchase?

As i have did a “test purchasing a very low valued item , the item was shipped to warehouse and after which the item was weighted and have to make another payment (second time) before shipping to SG.
