hello i read your guide and when I checkout my item on mobile the total price including shipping fee is so expensive but when I check out on my laptop it just includes the domestic shipping price to the warehouse and the international shipping price which is not as expensive. And at the 配送 section , when I chose 海外the shipping fee will be same as when it was on mobile but when I checkout it changes to 全国 plus international shipping fee. Which is the correct one and shouldn’t all products be purchasable as 淘宝 is the person in charge of international shipping while the seller only has to ship to the warehouse in china?

Is the shipping fee to Malaysia expensive, if I’m buying small items like phone acccesories clothes and jewelry. Do i have to pay each time for different packages if my first package is full.
