Hi Eric,
Do I get ” FULL REFUND”if item received was of wrong color and design .

I realised I didn’t get full refund .
Seller only refund Product Amount and exclude shipping fee .

Is this supposed to be correct ?
Or am I able to claim the shipping as well .
