Hello Eric, my seller agreed to return and refund on the products that i bought. The list of courier service that she provided is not available in Malaysia. How do i ship the item back to them for the refund ?

Hi Eric,
The local courier skynet lost my parcel during the shipment. It has been confirmed via phone call with them. Can i know how i can do a refund ? I was informed by ZTO that skynet need to confirm with them first only the refund can be done.
Will i get compensate only on the shipping fee ? How about the item inside ? Can i get full refund too ?
They request Alipay account for the refund. What if i dont have an Alipay acc ?
