I bought some clothing where the seller sent the wrong item, and I submitted the return request for this reason, which the seller approved. However, when I try to click the “I want to send” button on the return page to generate the return label, it keeps giving me a message that “the crowd is too enthusiastic. Please try again later.” I’ve tried at least a dozen times in the past day, and it seems the only option that works is “Fill In the Return Order Number” which requires that I have shipped it myself at my own cost and enter in the tracking number. Since this is a seller mistake, I thought a prepaid label is the correct way to handle it. Is this because I am trying to ship it back from Hong Kong to mainland, but I am just not understanding the Google translated pages of the Taobao site?
