Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Itay.
Account is frozen for more than two weeks. Mainland friend tried to call Taobao for me and they say they will ask someone to call me to verify in English within two days but it’s been two weeks. I have had a few friends try and the same thing happens – they never call. I’ve also tried registering a new number and that was also blocked. What are my options?
