I purchased my goods from Taobao in Jan. Since language was a barrier and I completely depended on google for translation. The issue is this has been delivered into Australia on 8/3/19 I am happy send you screen shots of the consignment. Initially the consignment number was CPBYKYZ0018622 and the it ws through https://www.saichenglogistics.com However they are just stuffing me around and now they have changed my tracking number from the one I gave to DQ00561 I am extremely disappointed. I contacted Saicheng and they are just ignoring my emails and saying it going to come. Seriously i dint know a parcel from china will take 2.5 months. Please help to sort this issue.
