I have a question regarding the warehouse costs because I had a major problem with jt recently.
Basically, I had a misunderstanding with the shipment of some products and these products have been sitting in the warehouse for about a year, so it has racked a huge overdue warehouse fee. Is there any way I can contact Taobao and see if this can be forfeited?
