Hi Eric, any idea where to find the pay for the international shipping fee button?

I have a scenario now where I purchase some a few items, direct shipping to SG showed me only 39RMB thus i went ahead now items are at warehouse with latest status “Arrived Hub”

I see 2 different tracking number including of which belongs to DPEX and i see the same status “Arrived Hub”

earlier i contacted warehouse CSO cause i didn’t see any status updates, now they’re asking if i topped up the charges required as one of my items has a very large volumetric weight (6kg+)

they did not advise me how to top up or should I ignore because I already have a DPEX tracking number? Not sure if it will proceed to delivery to SG automatically.

Appreciate your help & advice on this.
