I bought a book, then went on holiday for over 3 weeks and didn’t check taobao to pay the forwarding fee. It says it’s at the warehouse, but instead of usually where you click ‘pay forwarding fee’ it says ‘evaluation’. What happens now? Can I send it to my home?

Just a heads up: If you want to get in touch with your seller, don’t speak chinese and you have already tried clicking the blue bubble head with no chat box coming up, download the taobao app and communicate with the seller through that.
To do that, download app from google play/ app store and go to the page of the product you wish to buy on the app. At the bottom of the screen you should see a blue speech bubble with two dots in it that look like eyes. Alternatively, if you have already paid for the product, and it’s waiting to be shipped to the warehouse, from the waiting to be shipped page on the app you can tap the product and also at the bottom of the product description you should see the blue speech head. The characters underneath should be “联系卖家”. Look for these characters and the blue speech head. Use google translate and the screenshot + translate picture function to talk to the seller.
