I ordered two orders from a store and they shipped out at different times. One of them has already arrived at the warehouse, but the other one has been stuck at “商家正通知 圆通速递 揽件” for the past week. Is there anything I can do? (I don’t speak Mandarin so I’m not sure if I could talk to the store owner)
