  1. Hi
I need a refund from Taobao seller but they can only refund via WeChat or alipay. I do not have a China issued credit card nor bank attached to those accout. Is there any other way they can refund me the amount? I’m located in Singapore

    Thanks

  3. Do you have to verify your Alipay account in order to make Taobao purchases? I tried to make a few orders and had to pay for each separately. The credit card worked for two of them and then suddenly transactions wouldn’t go through for the rest. On desktop, it says my card has expired. On mobile, it first said transaction failed. And then I think said something about needing to verify.

    Thanks!
