Comment on Best Taobao Agent of 2023: My Picks and Why I Choose Them by MLax.

I have a question, as I’ve worked with Superbuy for a few orders…and am not sure if this has been the experience for everyone else.
Its quite smooth when I order from Taobao, but when ordering from Weidian even though the seller agent service, I am apparently responsible for contacting the seller and getting the logistics/tracking information on my own? I can understand this for “preorders” when it might be awhile before products ship out, but even for in-stock items ordered on Weidian that states delivery expected in 3-5 days, I am still told I’m responsible for getting the domestic tracking info from the seller? I am able to if needed so it’s ok, but it just wasn’t what I expected…has this also been your experience?
